Ingredients
1/4 lb 5 slices deli-style oven-roasted turkey breast
1/4 lb 5 slices deli-style smoked ham
3/4 oz 5 sharp cheddar cheese slices
40 RITZ Crackers
2 lettuce leaves, each torn into 20 pieces
10 cherry tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
2 Tbs barbecue sauce
Directions

1.Stack 1 slice EACH turkey, ham and cheese. Repeat with remaining meat and cheese slices to make 4 additional stacks.

 

2. Use 1-1/4-inch cookie or canapé _cutter to cut 8 rounds out of each stack. Reserve meat and cheese trimmings for another use. (See Tip.)

 

3. Top crackers with lettuce, tomatoes and meat/cheese stacks.

 

4. Pour barbecue sauce into small resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to drizzle barbecue sauce over cutouts to resemble basketballs.

 

Tips 

 How to Use the Meat and Cheese Trimmings?  Store the meat and cheese trimmings in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to use as desired, such as to prepare your favorite mixed green or pasta salad.

Substitute chipotle mayonnaise for the barbecue sauce.
