1/2 cup Mango nectar
2 tbs Condensed milk
8 tbs Simple syrup, divided amongst different flavor combos ( follow steps )
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup hibiscus tea (cooled & unsweetened)
1 tbs Coconut shreds
1/2 cup Coconut milk
1 tbsp lime juice
Chili powder/flakes , optional garnish
Directions
1. For each of the flavors combine all the ingredients well. Pour the flavored liquid into the mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours
If you are incorporating fresh fruit into the pop, add the fruit into the mold before you add the liquid. Do not fill the mold to the rim. Leave a tiny gap, catering for ice expansion.
