1. Place the GODIVA® Signature Mini Bars in a microwavable cup and microwave for 30 second bursts, stirring in between until chocolate has fully melted.
2. Mix the flour, Dark Chocolate Hot Cocoa, and baking soda in a bowl.
3. Place the butter and sugar in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until butter and sugar are creamed together. Add in the egg, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate mixing until homogenous.
4. Reduce speed to low and beat in the flour in 2 additions until no streaks remain. Divide dough in half, plastic wrap and place into refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 375 and roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 1/4" thick. Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutter. Place on parchment paper on sheet tray and place into freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and cool on sheet tray until room temp.
