Ingredients
16 oz PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup freshly brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, any variety, at room temperature
6 oz chocolate cookie crumb crust
1 oz BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Directions

1. Heat oven to 350°F.

 

2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs and coffee; mix just until blended. Pour into crust.

 

3. Bake 35 to 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely.

 

4. Refrigerate 3 hours. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over pie. Serve topped with Coffee-Caramel Sauce.
