Brownies with Salted Pretzels

Ingredients
1 1/2 sticks of Bowl & Basket Unsalted Butter
3/4 cup Bowl & Basket Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
3/4 cup Bowl & Basket Granulated Sugar
3 Bowl & Basket Eggs
1/4 tsp Bowl & Basket Salt
1/3 cup Bowl & Basket All-Purpose Flour
16-20 Bowl & Basket Salted Mini Pretzels
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350F

 

2. In a small pot, melt the Bowl & Basket Unsalted Butter and Bowl & Basket Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, stirring constantly.

 

3. Let cool, then in a separate bowl, whisk the Bowl & Basket Eggs with Bowl & Basket Granulated Sugar and Bowl & Basket Salt. Slowly add the chocolate mixture.

 

4. Add Bowl & Basket All-Purpose Flour and stir to combine. Cover a deep baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter.

 

5. Top the batter with Bowl & Basket Salted Mini Pretzels and bake for 35-40 minutes.

 

6. Let the brownies cool completely (I keep them in the fridge for several hours), and then cut into bite size pieces. Serves 16. Enjoy!
