Toasted Sesame Chicken Wings

Ingredients
1 tsp Curry Paste
2 lbs Chicken Wings
1 1/4 cups Water
10 tbs Dark Soy Sauce
5 tbs Light Soy Sauce
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1 Green Onion, chopped
1/4 cup International Collection Toasted Sesame Oil ( plus 1 dash, divided see directions)
Directions
- Cut the chicken wings into 3 separate portions.
- In a large skillet, combine the chicken, water, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, garlic and green onion.
- Stir together and cook for 15 minutes over a medium heat.
- Add the ¼ cup of International Collection Toasted Sesame Oil and simmer for another 15 minutes over a low heat.
- Bring mixture to the boil and add a dash of International Collection Toasted Sesame Oil.
- Remove from heat, let cool and serve.
