Ingredients
18 pieces frozen popcorn chicken (7 oz.)
18 RITZ Crackers
4 mozzarella cheese slices (3 oz.), each cut into 9 pieces, divided
1/3 cup marinara sauce
1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves
Directions

1. Heat oven to 375°F.

 

2. Microwave chicken as directed on package.

 

3. Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; cover each with 1 cheese piece.

 

4. Top with chicken, marinara sauce and remaining cheese.

 

5. Sprinkle with oregano.

 

6. Bake 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is heated through and cheese is melted.

 

Tips: Substitute: Prepare using dried Italian seasoning. Variation: Prepare using 9 breaded chicken nuggets, cut in half or 18 pieces (4-1/2 oz.) refrigerated popcorn chicken.
