1. Cut avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit
2. Create cuts inside of avocado in shell lengthwise, then width wise
3. Place down on grill to cook for 5 minutes
4. While cooking, chop 1 tomato and 1 onion and combine with a handful of cilantro. Squeeze 1 lime over the mixture. Add salt to taste
5. When done grilling, top each avocado half with one spoon of pico de gallo.
6. Take the desired amount of tortilla chips and enjoy!
