Ingredients
8 Pure Farmland Plant-Based Meatballs - Homestyle
1 tbs Sesame Oil
2 tbs Vegetable Oil
1 tbs Brown Sugar
4 Soft Slider Rolls - cut in half
Spicy mayonnaise
3 Radishes - sliced thinly
1/2 Cucumber, sliced thinly
1/4 cup Cilantro Leaves
1/4 cup Basil Leaves
1 Large carrot, peeled and shredded
1 cup Warm Water
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbs Granulated Sugar
3/4 tsp Kosher Salt
Directions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar.

 

2. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Place meatballs on aluminum foil-lined baking sheet; lightly coated with nonstick cooking spray.

 

3. Bake 15 minutes; gently turn meatballs over. Pour soy mixture in the pan and bake for additional 8-10 minutes until sauce thickens and internal temperature of meatballs reaches at least 175 degrees F.

 

4. Spread the spicy mayo on all slider bun bottoms. Top with pickled carrots, radish, and cucumber. Add meatballs and finish with the fresh herbs.
