Honey-Tamari Salmon Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 tbs toasted sesame oil
1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 cups frozen sugar snap stir fry mix
1/2 Broiled Honey Salmon fillet, cut into 1 x 2-inch pieces (about 1 pound)
2 tbs reduced sodium tamari
1 package (8.8 ounces) ready to serve jasmine rice
Directions
1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper; cook and stir 2 minutes. Add stir fry mix; cover and cook 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add salmon and tamari; cook and gently stir 3 minutes or until heated through. Makes about 5 cups.
2. Prepare rice as label directs. Makes about 1⅓ cups.
3. Serve salmon stir-fry over rice.
