1. Bake chicken as directed on package. Cut into 1/2-inch pieces; toss with 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce.
2. Heat oven to 350°F. Cover baking sheet with parchment; spray with cooking spray. Place single layer of WHEAT THINS, with sides overlapping slightly, on prepared baking sheet.
3. Top with 1 cup cheese, chicken, peppers and remaining cheese.
4. Bake 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted.
