Ingredients
1 package Betty Crocker™ julienne potatoes
2 1/2 cups boiling water
2/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
1/2 cup Progresso™ plain bread crumbs
Directions

1. Heat oven to 400°F. Stir together Potatoes, Sauce Mix, and boiling water in an ungreased 2-quart casserole. Stir in milk, ham, and cheese.

2. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 10 to 14 minutes longer or until top is golden brown.

Expert Tips: American Swiss cheese was modeled after two popular cheeses from Switzerland, Gruyère and Emmentaler. Shredded Gruyère would make a nice substitute for the Swiss cheese by imparting tangy flavor. If you make your bread crumbs, it will take about 2 or 3 slices of oven-dried bread to yield 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs.
