Ingredients
½ (12-ounce) package frozen gluten-free broccoli pizza crust
½ cup caramelized onion hummus
½ (12-ounce) package grilled vegetables, chopped
1 bag (10.6 ounces) sunflower crisp chopped salad kit
2 tablespoons vegan pesto
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°; adjust oven rack to middle position. Place pizza crust on pizza paddle; leaving ¼-inch border, spread hummus over crust and top with grilled vegetables. Slide pizza directly onto middle rack; bake pizza 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Slide pizza back onto pizza paddle.

 

2. Prepare salad as label directs. Makes about 4 cups.

 

3. Cut pizza into 8 pieces and top with pesto; serve with salad.
