Ingredients
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 Medium Yellow Onion, chopped
1 can (28 ounces) Crushed Tomatoes
1 can (15 1/2 ounces) Red Kidney Beans, undrained
2 packages (1.25 ounces each) McCormick® Original Chili Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
Directions
1. BROWN beef in large saucepan. Add onion; cook and stir 3 minutes or until softened. Drain excess liquid.
2. STIR in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring often.
3. SIMMER 15 minutes partially covered, stirring occasionally. Serve with toppings such as shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, and sliced jalapeños, as desired.
