Cheesy Southwest Dip

Ingredients
1 pound 85% lean ground beef
1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning
1 jar (16 ounces) corn & black bean salsa
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 bag (10 ounces) white corn tortilla chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°; spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. In large skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned, breaking up beef with side of spoon; drain. Add seasoning and 1/2 cup water; cook and stir 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Reduce heat to low. Add salsa, cream cheese and 1 cup Cheddar cheese; cook and stir 2 minutes or until cheeses are melted. Spread in prepared dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Cheddar cheese; bake 20 minutes or until edges are bubbly. Makes about 5 cups dip.
- Serve dip sprinkled with cilantro along with chips.
