Ingredients
8 oz 1 bag Bowl & Basket Specialty Kettle Chips Sea Salt
1 1/2 cups pecorino, finely grated
1 tbs freshly cracked black pepper
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF. On a lined baking sheet, Spread the Bowl & Basket Specialty Kettle Chips Sea Salt in a single layer

 

2. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the chips, making sure to cover them completely. Add a generous pinch of the black pepper on top.

 

3. Place in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and the chips are starting to brown. Add remaining black pepper on top, and let cool before serving.
