1/4 cup whole wheat panko breadcrumbs
2 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp no salt added Italian seasoning
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
Directions

1. Preheat broiler to high. Spray large rimmed baking pan with cooking spray.

 

2. In small bowl, stir breadcrumbs, cheese, oil, Italian seasoning and pepper to taste until combined. Place tomatoes, cut side up, in single layer on prepared pan; sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture. Broil 5 minutes or until golden brown.
