Ingredients
8 slices sandwich bread
8 teaspoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil
8 (3/4-ounce) slices white Land O Lakes® Deli American
8 slices crisply cooked bacon
1 ripe avocado, peeled, cut into 12 wedges
8 slices tomato
Directions

1. Spread 1 side of each bread slices with 1 teaspoon Butter with Canola Oil.

 

2. Layer 1 slices bread, buttered-side down, with 1 slice Deli American, 2 slices of bacon, 3 wedges avocado, 2 slides tomato and 1 slice of cheese. Top with 1 slice bread, buttered-side up.

 

3. Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat

 

4. Place 2 sandwiches into skillet; cook, turning once, 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and the deli American is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.

 

5. Optional Tip: Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil Plus Calcium & Vitamin D can be used instead of the Butter with Canola Oil.
