1 tsp pure vanilla extract
5 tbs Splenda® Stevia sweetener
1/4 cup stevia-sweetened chocolate chips
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350º.

 

2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until everything is mixed together well.

 

3. Scoop into tablespoon-sized cookie dough balls, and press down slightly to form a cookie shape (cookies will not rise, and only spread slightly).

 

4. Bake for about 10 - 12 minutes. Let cool completely.
